Stornobedingungen
Nachdem die Therese keine Juristin ist und sich sicher ihre eigenen Stornobedingungen ausdenken würde gelten bei ihr, wie überall sonst die Österreichischen Hotelvertragsbedingungen: Stornierungen mehr als drei Monate vor der geplanten Anreise sind kostenlos möglich, Stornierungen drei bis ein Monat vorher kosten 40% des Zimmerpreises, ein Monat bis eine  Woche vor der Anreise fallen 70% an und für Stornierungen innerhalb von 7 Tagen vor der geplanten Anreise müsst Ihr 90% Stornogebühr zahlen. In Ausnahmen und bei höherer Gewalt könnt ihr auch mit der Therese darüber reden.

Cancellation policy
Since Therese is not a lawyer and would certainly come up with her own cancellation conditions, the Austrian hotel contract conditions apply here, as everywhere else: Cancellations more than three months before arrival are free of charge, cancellations three to one month before arrival cost 40% of the room price, one month to one week before arrival 70% and for cancellations within 7 days before arrival you have to pay 90% cancellation fee. In exceptional cases and in the event of force majeure, you can also discuss this with Therese.
